We collect the name, email, apartment, phone number and order details needed to confirm and fulfil purchases, handle returns and keep accounting records. Student status is checked only to determine an enabled student benefit; a guest order does not create an academy student account. Order information is private. The principal and authorized operational services process it for the shop. If email notifications are configured, the email provider receives the address and order message needed to deliver an update. We do not sell your contact details or publish customer orders. No card details are collected by this cash-on-receipt shop. Your bag stores product variant IDs and quantities on your device. Guest order access uses a private browser cookie; keep your receipt/reference because clearing that browser's site data can remove guest-history access. Signed-in orders remain associated with the account used. A principal-entered resident order is held in the principal's account; contact the shop with its reference for help. An order reference alone is not a public lookup password. We periodically remove expired temporary checkout and rate-limit data. Accepted orders, payments, inventory and related audit records are retained for accounting, recovery and return handling.
