KVA Essentials is the Knowledge Ville Academy society shop serving Saima Jinnah Avenue residents. Shop contact: 0316-3322774, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Pakistan time. Pickup address: B 413, Saima Jinnah Avenue Apartments. Prices and payment: All prices are in Pakistani rupees. Review the item variants, quantities, discounts and delivery charge before ordering. Pickup is free; delivery within the society costs Rs 100 per order. Pay cash when collecting or receiving your order. No online card payment is collected on this website. The accepted receipt records your total; a later catalogue price change does not rewrite it. Ordering: Name, real email, apartment and contact number are required for both pickup and delivery. Quotes are valid for the time shown and do not reserve stock. An accepted order reserves stock until the displayed deadline. Please wait for shop confirmation before collecting. Service and delivery times are agreed within opening hours. Check My orders for updates or call the shop; an email notification is not required for collection. If an item becomes unavailable or a listing needs correction, we will explain and agree cancellation or a new reviewed order rather than charge an unapproved price. Changes and cancellation: Call before handoff if you need to change or cancel. Changes after dispatch depend on whether delivery can be stopped. An unfulfilled cancellation does not become merchandise revenue. Any money already collected is refunded separately; a cancelled status alone does not mean cash has been returned. Student benefits and vouchers: Benefits apply only when currently enabled and shown in the reviewed quote. Student benefits require the eligible student to sign in with their own student account. A parent or principal entering a student ID does not establish eligibility. Delivery is not discounted. The best eligible benefit applies unless the shop explicitly permits stacking. Vouchers have their stated dates, eligibility and limits and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cancelled unfulfilled orders release held use; returns after fulfilment do not restore used redemption limits. Sample listings: A listing clearly labelled as a sample is for setup only and has no saleable stock until the shop replaces its details and records real inventory. Geometry instruments may contain sharp points; supervise younger children. These terms do not exclude rights available under applicable consumer law.

Returns

Please keep your order receipt or reference and contact 0316-3322774 during 9:00 AM–9:00 PM if something is wrong. Pickup and return inspection take place at B 413, Saima Jinnah Avenue Apartments. Wrong, damaged or defective goods: Check goods at handoff where practical and tell us promptly. Reporting an obvious delivery issue within 48 hours helps us investigate; this request does not limit any legal rights. We will inspect the item and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an established problem. An item is not excluded merely because it had to be opened or tried to discover a defect. Change of mind: Contact us within seven calendar days of receiving the order. Goods should be unused, unmarked, complete and in resaleable condition, with their packaging where supplied. Written-in notebooks, used consumables and goods damaged after handoff are generally not accepted for change of mind. This condition does not remove remedies for defective, wrongly supplied or misdescribed goods. Refund amounts: Merchandise refunds use the amount actually paid after the original discounts. A partial bundle return uses the original receipt allocation to its component items; it is not repriced at today's standalone price. Return approval and actual cash refund are separate steps. Once inspection and refund approval are complete, we aim to make the cash refund available at B 413 within three working days and agree a collection time with you. A replacement or shop credit is offered by agreement, not forced instead of an approved refund. Delivery charges: A completed delivery charge is normally not refunded for a change of mind. We refund an undelivered service charge, and will address delivery costs fairly when the shop supplied the wrong goods or an established defect. Please contact us first rather than arranging paid return transport without agreement. Used voucher/student redemption limits are not restored after a fulfilled order is returned. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
